Overlays a numbered coordinate grid on a live preview for calibrating field positions.
Grid is drawn in pdf-lib's own coordinate space: origin at the bottom-left of the page, in points (1 pt = 1/72″).
Faint lines every 10 pt, bright lines every 50 pt, labels every 50 pt.
Read off the x/y where each field should sit, then update the COORDS object at the top of the script in giftcard.html.
The preview also stamps the current form values, so you can see exactly where they land. It refreshes automatically as you type.
