Terms and Conditions

• Client is aware that the nature of handmade images is that they have inherent flaws that would not be found in digital photographs. Flaws are part of the character of this technology, and it will be up to the discretion of the photographer to determine if the flaws that show up are outside of the norm and require a retake.
• Photographer reserves the right to use images created under this contract for advertising, display, publication, competitions, or social media. The Client signing this contract warrants that he or she has actual authority to agree to the use of the likeness of all persons included in the portrait in this manner and shall indemnify and defend the Studio/Photographer in the event of litigation arising out of such use. Income arising from sales or competition prizes remains the sole property of the photographer. Digital files and videos taken during the process remain the exclusive property of this Studio/Photographer but may be used by the client unless otherwise discussed.
• Client is aware that the silver emulsion used in this photography may fade or discolor over time due to its inherent nature, and Client releases the Photographer from any liability for any claims whatsoever based upon fading or discoloration due to such qualities.
• This Contract incorporates the entire understanding of the parties. Any modification of this Contract must be in writing and signed by both parties.

Deposit Policy

• A non-refundable $20.00 AUD deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be deducted from your total session cost on the day.
• The remaining balance is payable on the day of your session by cash or card.
• Once the deposit is paid, any cancellation or no-show will result in full forfeiture of the amount paid, regardless of notice given.
